COPYRIGHT ACT 1968 - SECT 195AZE
Presumption as to subsistence of author's moral rights In an action brought under this Part for an infringement of a
moral right in respect of a work, if copyright is presumed or proved to have
subsisted in the work when the infringement is alleged to have occurred, the
moral right is presumed to have subsisted in the work at that time.
