Actions for infringement of author's moral rights If a person infringes any of the moral rights of an author in
respect of a work, the infringement is not an offence but the author or a
person representing the author may bring an action in respect of the
infringement, subject to any co - authorship agreement in force under section
195AN to which the author is a party.
