Application for review of ambulance fee
67Y Application for review of ambulance fee
(1) A person who is charged an
ambulance fee may apply to the Health Secretary for a review of the decision
to charge the ambulance fee.
(2) An application for a review is to be made in
accordance with the payment rules.
(3) An applicant for review must provide
to the Health Secretary, in support of an application, any supporting
information or evidence that the payment rules require.
