Kinds of employment
121C Kinds of employment
(1) Employment as a NSW Health Service senior
executive may be any one of the following kinds of employment--
(a) ongoing
employment,
(b) term employment.
(2) Ongoing employment is employment that
continues until the executive resigns or his or her employment is terminated.
(3) Term employment is employment for a specified period or for the duration
of a specified task (unless the executive sooner resigns or his or her
employment is terminated).
