ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT 1979 - SECT 1.8
Amendment of area comprising Six Cities Region
(1) The regulations may amend Schedule 9 as follows-- (a) to add a city to the
Six Cities Region,
(b) to remove a city from the Six Cities Region,
(c) to
amalgamate 2 or more cities in the Six Cities Region into 1 or more new
cities,
(d) to add a local government area, or part of a local government
area, to a city in the Six Cities Region,
(e) to remove a local government
area, or part of a local government area, from a city in the
Six Cities Region.
(2) The regulations may contain provisions of a savings or
transitional nature consequent on the making of a regulation under subsection
(1).
